How can we tell you're right for our wedding?
If you’re after:
- Imagery that reflects you as a couple in the most natural and authentic way.
- People who are seriously passionate about what they do for a living.
- A calming presence on the day.
- To have fun and a laugh.
- And lastly to have a team with a ridiculous amount of experience and ability to make quick creative decisions on the fly…
That’s us.
Where are you based? We are based in Perth, WA. We shoot a lot of weddings in the South West region but we are up for just about anywhere.
What gear do you use? We shoot our imagery with professional cameras and lenses from Panasonic & Fujifilm. Final films are delivered in 1080 HD, we do offer 4K films on request. We also offer aerial cinematography on request. Images are shot in raw format and are delivered as high resolution JPEG images. We also offer analog options that include 35mm photography & Super 8 videos.
Is it just one person? It all depends on the package you go for! we have a great little team that ranges from one to three people depending on your needs.
How do you work on the day? Our aim is to be as non-intrusive as possible, we love to capture the day as it unfolds without staging shots or re-doing anything, we find this makes our images as authentic as possible. The only time we will give you a little guidance is on the location shoots.
When do we get the goods? We get out a teaser video or blog post of images out within two-three weeks from the wedding with the final product shipped out to you in a neat little package within roughly three-four months from your wedding date.
How do we book? We respond to emails sent to hello@forkeepsakeperth.com.au, couples usually book 12 months in advance but we take super late notice if we're free! Our busiest seasons are Autumn & Spring.
Lifestyle FAQ
Home or a Location? We love to shoot couples and families in their natural habitat, if you guys are comfortable at home cooking a meal or playing with your kids we would love to capture those little moments, if you guys love nature trails or being by the beach let’s do that instead, it’s totally up to you, wherever it is we will capture things as naturally as possible with minimal posed images.
But we’re awkward on camera!? Aren’t we all? as mentioned above we focus on the natural, which means if you pretend the camera isn’t there you won’t notice any awkward looks or moments. Our job is to capture real moments and that’s what we do even if it is between a few awkward laughs. Don’t sweat it!
Can I make prints? We offer one free 12x18” print with all of our lifestyle packages, you can order more and these will be quoted separately.
When do we get the images & how are they received? We provide all of the edited images in a Dropbox link ready to view with two weeks from your shoot, we generally provide a small blog post on this website of select images within a couple of days.
